   Which do you use?

   Windows Live OneCare. I used to use various freeware AV, but they were all such terrible system resource hogs. I was skeptical about using Windows Live, but after reading some good reviews I decided to go ahead and spend the money. I couldn't be happier. I bought the three computer license, but hadn't installed it on my son's machine. He caught that horrible "AntiVirus2009" malware, which immediately killed the existing free antivirus on his machine. Installed Live OneCare and before it was even finished installing, it had solved the problem.

   And it does not bog down the system. I'm very happy with it.

   I've actually never heard much about Windows Live OneCare. You've inspired me to check it out. It's always a plus to hear someone has had success with such a program. Not to mention you are someone who consistently uses the internet - and is able to test the software to its fullest.

   I'll check to see if there's a good demo I can try first. Thanks for the tip dotlizard.

   Now I'm excited - as I'm always on the ongoing quest in finding the "perfect" virus protection software. If only such software existed. :-)
