Creating your purpose in this life because this life is promised.
What that purpose is, is up to each person.

Great freaking post.

I think it’s different for everyone and changes throughout ones life. For me, right now, it’s all about how I can shape and development my kids into awesome adults!

some point in the near future it will be breaking par on the golf course. j/k but seriously, I’d love to do that.

I think “living up to your potential” should be covered in here at some point as well.

That’s a difficult job. A hard task. Taking your kids and turning them into something valuable for society. I have so much respect for all the parents in this world.

And it’s a full time job too!

Graham, I love how you always talk about your kids in your comments. It shows that you really care. That’s awesome!

Breaking par on the golf course would be great by the way. I just went out for the first time this year yesterday…it was ugly.

The meaning of life is to make the world around you a better place than when you started. It’s making a difference in people’s lives through whatever your passionate about. It’s giving lots of love.

Life is about going forward, seizing the opportunities that present themselves. Life’s about lending a hand and following your conscience. Life is a blank piece of paper waiting for your pen.

To love. To be true. To forgive. To be thankful. To do good. To multiply the blessings which you have received. To avoid evil (or the next best thing – to do as little evil as possible and with much repentance).

There isn’t one :)

Though I’d argue it’s whatever you make it to be.

The more you look at it, the more you realize that the meaning of life is not to be someone, or do something, or even serve some purpose.

The meaning of life is simply to enjoy the experience of life itself.

That’s easy, the meaning of life is to have as much fun as possible :)

(and to help all your friends and family to have as much fun as possible)

To me, it all comes down to two things: learning and teaching. And that’s it. Very thought-provoking topic Christian. :-)

Thank you for taking time to answer. I really appreciate that. And always happy to know it’s been a thought provoking post. That’s why we have blogs, right? To think and think along with others.

That’s the fun part!

It’s an even shorter answer. Just two words:

Love others.

Well, thought I’d let you know that I went on a date last night (with a girl I’ve been seeing for the past couple of weeks) and it went well. Met her parents. Was funny to talk to you that day about your relationship, heavenly help and all – as I had your thoughts on my mind all day. Appreciate it.
