“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” -Mark Twain
Each day brings a new tide.
- How will you improve as a person?
- In what way(s) will your blog improve?
- Are you happy?
- Have you told the ones you hold dear, I love you?
- Do you take time to discover?
- Are you aiming for your dreams?
- Do you find joy in the journey?
- Is your passion fading?
- Do you live with purpose?
How will you set sail?

"You’re such a smart boy!" were his first accolades heard. So, it’s no wonder that this phrase became the title of his business, Smart Boy Designs.

Hey Christian
The Mark Twain quote is very cool – too many people settle for the easy life and have dreams that they never try out. My take is that it’s better to fail at something but at least have tried, than never have tried and live a life of regret.
Thks for posting the quote.

I like that. To go for something all out – with no regret. Even if you fail, all is well because something was tried. If only I thought this way more often.
Christian,
Sweet quote. Twain was full of them as you know.
Getting away from comfoet zones is key. A comfort zone can keep us in a rut for days, weeks, months and even years. We need to break through them bit by bit. It can be painful. But, it is so worth it.
Live it LOUD!

You’re certainly right. That rut likes to creep in every little way it can – and then it digs in just a bit further. Keep the rut away!
