		<description>Great post.  Many people overlook these important things.  I have managed to switch from juice &amp; pop to mostly just water.  I think it makes a huge difference.  I still struggle to manage my addictions though.  It is just too tempting to keep checking all my stats and my e-mail.  I do realize that I am wasting time, but I need to learn to properly focus on more important things instead.</description>

Been out of town for a while, and have been concentrating on school heavily for some time - so it seems I occasionally go in blogging waves. For everything there is a season! :)

Same thoughts here. I try my best to do my blogging in the morning - and have everything finished by the afternoon. I like having the rest of the day for everything else in life! :)</description>
