wow, we come from totally different parts of the world but my friend we have more in common than I do with most of my family members. I am also self-taught in web and graphic design, got my degree in English but spent most of my time building computers ans learning HTML, CSS etc., love to cook and try out new recipes, love to travel (am in South Korea right now), love soccer, (in bed right now from an intense game with a torn ligament on my ankle yesterday morning), just to name a few things. Good luck in college. It was an amazing time for me. Just remember, intellectual knowledge becomes pointless sometimes, people are what matter because every person that comes into your life is a gift; they come to give or to get something from you and you can always give them that thing because the gift they come to receive is “you,” your experience with them. What’s life without #39? ;)

Thank you all for sharing a bit about yourselves. It’s great to hear we have some things in common. Exciting how the internet does so well in connecting those that are thousands of miles apart.

I sure do Jim! How long have you lived in Grass Valley? I lived there near Empire Mine when I was a bit younger. Do you have power right now?
