YouDoFollow.com – The Ultimate Directory of DoFollow Blogs

logo1 YouDoFollow.com The Ultimate Directory of DoFollow BlogsIt’s now official – You DoFollow is now open to the public for DoFollow blog submissions.

I’ve been playing with this site idea for some time, and decided to give the product a go. It’s a standard site directory, but with the catch being that all submissions must have DoFollow enabled on their blog. What’s great about this is that readers and bloggers will mutually benefit from the directory. Readers will now be able to find blogs with high PageRanks, and outgoing DoFollow links – and bloggers will get exposure by being listed on the You DoFollow directory.

What Is DoFollow?

Many might ask – what is DoFollow? DoFollow is a plugin allowing the removal of NoFollow tags from WordPress blogs. NoFollow tags on links block search engines from following the link to a new location – thus hording PageRank and backlinks to blog links left on comments, blog posts, etc.

Why Use YouDoFollow.com?

Some may ask – why is this directory different? In searching for DoFollow directories across the internet, I realized that almost all required a reciprocal link and/or a payment to be listed. You DoFollow requires no reciprocal linking, and no listing fees. This will enable the directory to remain an unbiased, all-inclusive look at the DoFollow blogs in the internet.

Conclusion

Take the time to check out the new site, submit your DoFollow blog – and spread the word to family and friends. Enjoy!

Another great tip – thanks! They don’t seem to have a catagory for me yet but I’ll keep watching as they expand and grow, I’ve no doubt they will!

What type of category do you have in mind? I can get it on there for you – no problem. :-)

I just linked them into my expansive DoFollow post that includes all of the dofollow lists and tools I have found to date. I used it as the URI of this comment to make it easier to find. If that is against your commenting rules feel free to delete it.

I did test YouDoFollow and was unable to see the code required to add blogs to the directory. I just see the words “Visual Confirmatin Security Code” and that won’t fit in the box that says “Enter the Code Shown”.

Perhaps you can let them know and they can test it? I tried it in both the latest version of FireFox and Epiphany to no avail. It could be my PC as it has difficulty with certain types of scripts.

In some directories I’m either in humor or motivation/inspiration. I’m frankly not sure what the heck to call it as a category. Any suggestions? And you can get them to put another on? Wow, such power! :)

I have spread the word about just added your dofollow blog directory by adding it to dofollow blog directory list. It will show later tonight when the cache is cleared.

My main problem with these kinds of directories or lists is that none of them stay up to day. If a blog becomes abandoned and nobody is there to approve your comments, you might as well not even bother typing them.

That is a good point Alfred. I think you can minimize that chance by reading the blogs and only submitting to live blogs with good, ongoing content.

Hey man! It seems to me that you know a lot about this dude

Alfred and Brent do bring up some good points. I think that that could be easily resolved by adding a ‘report dead site’ link to each site’s listing. Then a friendly email could be sent to the site’s owner form the admin asking what’s up. This way the community can monitor itself in a way.

It’s nice to see a site like this, where link-builders are not looked at as being leaches. I think it’s all about being social on the internet these days, and that’s a good thing.

Maintaining a dofollow list or search engine is serious work. Most lists are about 50% nofollow with about 10% changing from dofollow to nofollow each month.
Your article provides clear knowledge about dofollow links, so that newbies/SEO’s lists their blogs or websites as dofollow. Great work. Keep it up

I just click the “You Do Follow” link above and just get the dreaded error message “Oops! This link appears to be broken”. Maybe t’s just a temporary situation, so I will try again later.
Thanks for taking the time to create that product and for sharing it with us.
