If you haven’t noticed already, for the Christmas Holiday I published a guide similar to this one regarding graphics available across the net. This guide is only different in that it focuses on graphics related to the holiday and celebration of New Years. Please browse these different internet sites, and enjoy the colorful displays they bring you!
Clip Art & Web Graphics
- Pat’s Web Graphics - This web site offers a nice collection of New Year’s backgrounds and borders. Also available are colorful signatures to add to outgoing emails and forums. All graphics were updated for the year 2008.
- HellasMultimedia.com – You will find a wide range of lines, images, border and backgrounds offered on this site. They had designs including champagne bottles, stars, party hats, balloons, fireworks, and much more. The selection included a variety of static and animated New Years graphics.
- Clipart Guide – Here you will find a unique collection of original clip art that you may find an interest in. The artistry on these clip art pieces are “above average,” compared to most clip art available on the net.
- designed to a T – A nicely designed collection of New Year’s clip art.
- KABOOSE – This collection of clip art features mostly bears celebrating the Happy New Year.
Photoshop Paintbrushes & Tutorials
Yes, I did find some New Years Photoshop Paintbrush collections on the web. Take a look at these awesome designs – which you can use for web design, cards, posters, etc…Also included is a tutorial on how to make your own custom brush for firework effects.
- HeDezines - A nice collection of paintbrushes that create awesome firework effects. This set comes in an easily down-loadable zip file.
- G4 – This is a nice step by step guide on how to make a custom paintbrush that will create amazing firework effects. The tutorial was easy to follow, and produced some great design material that I will use in later web site designs.
I hope you enjoyed this little guide of New Year’s Graphics – and have a Happy New Years celebration!
